The lounge dining area includes:

- Occasional table and CD / DVD rack (now replaced with TV /
media unit and bookcases - pictures to be updated shortly).
- Sideboard / dresser unit (now replaced with TV / media unit and
bookcases - pictures to be updated shortly).
- Dining table with four chairs.
- Built in storgae cupboard (containing vacuum cleaner, clothes
drying rack, iron and ironing board).
- TV / satellite connections.
- Telephone socket.
The garden can be accessed from the lounge dining area through double
glass doors, where there is a patio area, lawn, lockable garden storgae
unit and rotary washing line.
